產品介紹：
    Hoechst 33258是一種可以穿透細胞膜的藍色熒光染料，它在嵌入雙鏈 DNA 后釋放強烈的藍色熒光，對細胞的毒性較低。Hoechst 33258常用于細胞凋亡檢測，染色后用熒光顯微鏡觀察或流式細胞儀檢測。可與弗倫德紅白血病細胞可逆地結合；用于DNA、染色體和核酸的染色；熒光染色法和免疫熒光技術。可用于熒光顯微鏡或流式細胞儀。
    用于細胞核染色時，推薦的Hoechst 33258工作濃度為0.5-10μg/ml。如需特定濃度或者經濃度優化的產品，可選購Hoechst 33258染液(1mg/ml)、Hoechst 33258染液(即用型)。

物理性狀：溶于水，參考濃度為10mg/ml。

熒光光譜：Hoechst 33258的Ex/Em=346/460; Hoechst33258-核酸復合物的Ex/Em=352/461。熒光可用氙氣燈，泵弧燈或者UV激光激發；可用DAPI濾光器、藍色GFP濾光器、Alexa Fluor 350濾光器等檢測。
