銅鹽染色液(紅氨酸法)銅和同相關蛋白染色 銅鹽染色試劑盒(紅氨酸法)
銅在人體內含量極少,采用一般的組織學方法檢測不到。肝臟中的銅較多,當肝豆狀核變性或肝硬化時,銅含量明顯增加。紅氨酸法原理在于紅氨酸與銅鹽反應生成紅氨酸-二亞胺(二硫乙二胺紅氨酸)型銅鹽沉淀,呈黑綠色。
