用 法:

稱取本品32克，溶解于1000ml蒸餾水中， 121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘，備用。

質量控制和典型特征: 接種10-100個大腸桿菌JM109、HB101在36±1℃培養18-24小時，生長明顯。
