產品介紹：

     Hoechst 33258，也稱bisBenzimide H 33258或HOE 33258，是一種可以穿透細胞膜的藍色熒光染料，對細胞的毒性較低。Hoechst 33258染色常用于細胞凋亡檢測，染色后用熒光顯微鏡觀察或流式細胞儀檢測。Hoechst 33258也常用于普通的細胞核染色，或常規的DNA染色。Hoechst 33258的最大激發波長為346nm，最大發射波長為460nm；Hoechst 33258和雙鏈DNA結合后，最大激發波長為352nm，最大發射波長為461nm。

     本Hoechst 33258染色液為儲備液，建議在培養基中稀釋10-100倍后使用。

注意事項：

1.熒光染料都存在淬滅的問題，為減緩熒光淬滅可以使用抗熒光衰減封片劑。

2.建議染色后盡量當天完成檢測，活細胞或組織染色后應立即觀察。
