        姬姆薩染液是由天青與伊紅組成。各種細胞成分化學(xué)性質(zhì)不同，對各種染料的親和力也不一樣。嗜酸性顆粒為堿性蛋白質(zhì)，與酸性染料伊紅結(jié)合，被染成粉紅色；嗜堿性顆粒如細胞核蛋白或淋巴細胞胞漿為酸性物質(zhì)，與堿性染料美藍或天青結(jié)合，被染成紫藍色；中性顆粒呈等電狀態(tài)與伊紅和美藍均可結(jié)合，呈淡紫色。各類成分由于自身特性與吉姆薩染液中不同物質(zhì)結(jié)合呈現(xiàn)不同顏色從而得以區(qū)分。
      本產(chǎn)品由姬姆薩原液和姬姆薩稀釋液兩瓶試劑組成，臨用前需1:9混合配制工作液使用，可將細胞核染成紫紅色或藍紫色，胞漿染成粉紅色，在光鏡下呈現(xiàn)出清晰的細胞染色圖像。主要用于顯示血涂片中各種血細胞形態(tài)大小差異，染色效果好、染色力強、著色清晰。
